Not so long ago, publisher Prime Matter and studio Brass Token announced psychedelic horror The Chant, in which we have to go to an unusual seminar on spiritual growth. And in the new story trailer, we are shown how this dark story begins.
Our heroine, at the invitation of her friend, arrives on a secluded idyllic island. But it soon turns out that the organizers of the Prismatic Science Spiritual Retreat have their own goals, and their ritual opens up a dimension of cosmic horror.
Players will face a real nightmare. And in order to be saved, you will have to uncover the dark secrets of the past and understand how it is connected with the present. At the same time, the rest of the seminar participants are slowly being devoured by their own negative energy, and sectarians and terrible monsters are breaking out of the darkness.
The Chant releases this fall for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series.
