In the fall of this year, the American brand Corsair announced the premiere of a new mouse aimed at gamers. Well, it should be clarified that these are more wealthy gamers who are willing to spend about PLN 700 on a new gaming peripheral. We are talking about a wireless design, which is the Corsair M75 Air. This rodent is characterized by a very low weight (only 60 grams), a comfortable shape and ultra-low delays in data transmission thanks to a proprietary solution, 2.4 GHz Slipstream. Interestingly, the mouse is also able to connect to the computer via Bluetooth, which should extend the operating time on a single battery charge. Today we will check whether this mouse is worth recommending.

The Corsair M75 Air mouse is characterized by ultra-low weight, symmetrical shape and ultra-low delays in data transfer. We can also count on a great sensor. But is this enough to spend over PLN 500?

The Corsair M75 Air mouse is a symmetrical design, measuring exactly 128 x 65 x 42 millimeters (length x width x height) and weighing only 60 grams. The battery is built-in, and one full charge will last for 34 or 100 hours, depending on whether we use 2.4 GHz Slipstream or Bluetooth connectivity. As for the glides, we are dealing with a 100% PTFE solution, so we can count on smooth movements on any surface. The sensor here is the proven, proprietary Corsair Marksman sensor with a resolution of up to 26,000 DPI and a polling rate of up to 2000 Hz.

The LPM and PPM buttons are another proprietary solution of the manufacturer, known as Corsair Quickstrike – buttons with the so-called “zero latency” (or at least that’s what they’re advertised to be) that work with optical switches. Interestingly, a limited special edition with the note Launch Edition is also available in the Korsarzy store. This edition includes not only a mouse in a unique yellow color, but also a mouse pad, glass glides and grip improvement tape). The basic version of the mouse is priced at PLN 699, while the special edition mentioned costs PLN 869.99.
