Csomiép Beton és Meliorációs Termégyártó Kft., which produces concrete construction elements, expanded its plant and production capacity with EU support and an investment of about 600 million forints.
According to the announcement, HUF 419.30 million of the costs of the investment, which started at the beginning of 2022 and was completed at the end of last year, was covered by a conditionally non-refundable European Union subsidy.
In order to serve the growing customer needs, the company expanded its premises with a 2,645-square-meter production hall, where it is now possible to use the latest technologies. Two traveling cranes were put into operation, a new, high-performance bridge scale was purchased, and a new equipment for the production of high-pressure steam, essential for the production process, was purchased. The preparation of the products produced in the new hall is also accelerated by the trencher-loader purchased as part of the development.
