Fallout 4 – Demonstrated What a Fan Remaster Would Look Like with Full Ray Tracing and Over 300 Mods in 8K Resolution

Fallout 4 - Demonstrated What a Fan Remaster Would Look Like with Full Ray Tracing and Over 300 Mods in 8K ResolutionThis series has already undergone quite a lot of reshuffling. After the first two parts – considered by the lion’s share of players as the golden age, and not only in terms of Fallout itself – it was time to return after many years and enter the new generation. “Trójka” was met with a lot of controversy, but to this day it is generally remembered quite fondly. Part four deviated even more from the original assumptions, but also found quite a lot of supporters.

One of the channels showed what a version of Fallout 4 would look like with the latest technical improvements and a large package of modifications.

Fallout 4 – the next-gen version for PC and current-gen consoles is still being developed, but we’ll have to wait a while for it

Some Bethesda developers have taken a break from working on Starfield, so we are waiting for the next-gen update to arrive this year. But as is the case with virtually every game released by Bethesda, there was a lot of experimentation with mods. In this particular situation, we are not talking about a long-term fad (but we have plenty of that anyway), but a kind of demonstration. It was undertaken by the Digital Dreams channel, which regularly releases this type of technological feats – sometimes better, sometimes worse.

Ray Tracing, impressive resolution and over three hundred various mods can change the face of the game quite a bit. The nearly 9-minute-long material may look a bit artificial, taking away some of the atmosphere of Fallout, but nevertheless the level of lighting, surface shading and individual landscapes are quite a pleasant sight. Just an interesting technological teaser, until we finally get the update promised by the creators for a long time – which, after all, has not yet received the exact window.
