As we get closer to the official launch of Honor’s 80 series devices, new details have emerged regarding the chipsets which will power the new phones, which are scheduled to be officially unveiled on November 23rd next week.

According to an online post on Chinese social networking site Weibo, the base model Honor 80 will come with a Series 7 chipset from Qualcomm, and while it still hasn’t been confirmed yet, it is highly expected that this might be the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 782G chipset.

In relation to this, Qualcomm is currently hosting its annual summit in Hawaii, where several new products are expected to make their debut.
