How has your journey with Mumbai Indians affected your personal life?

“It was through Mumbai Indians that I got the chance to see players I had only seen on screen and travel with them. I have played with Sachin. My first captain was Ricky Ponting. I have Mitchell Johnson in my team. There were 33 players at that time. It will be a strange feeling like we have come to the wrong place. “I grew up from that stage and now I am 30 years old. I have become a father. The Mumbai team has seen the whole journey of my life. I never thought that I would play for the same team for 11 years. But I am still playing. It has been an amazing journey.”

Ever thought we’ve thrown a 100% perfect delivery? So what is that delivery?

“There is no such thing as a 100% perfect ball in cricket. All balls have the potential to take wickets. Anything can happen in T20 cricket. However, personally, the first wicket ball that I took is the one closest to my heart because I haven’t played much night cricket. Mostly local matches. It happens only during the day. The ground is wet. I didn’t know that the humidity would affect the match. I bowled three balls without knowing that. All three were fours in a row. I took the wicket of Virat Kohli in the fourth ball. When I couldn’t bowl where I wanted, I told Sachin about it. “Don’t worry about anything. One good ball can change your game.’ advised. Only then did I take 3 wickets. I needed a voice like that to support me when I stumbled.”
