Lenovo brought a whole range of devices to this year’s CES, mainly portable computers. Earlier, we have already discussed solutions aimed primarily at gamers – we are talking about Legion Pro 5(i) 16 and Legion Pro 7(i) 16 laptops, using top Intel and AMD processors, as well as NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4000 Laptop GPU mobile graphics systems. This time we will discuss a slightly different category of laptops from the ThinkBook and Yoga families. Three models caught our attention, two of which are some of the more original designs shown this year in Las Vegas.
Lenovo showcased some really standout laptops at CES 2023, including the Lenovo ThinkBook Plus Twist and the Lenovo Yoga Book 9i.
Lenovo Legion Pro 5(i) 16 and Legion Pro 7(i) 16 – laptops with Intel Raptor Lake-HX, AMD Ryzen 7045HX and NVIDIA RTX 4000
Lenovo ThinkBook Plus Twist in the middle of the housing (between the screen and the palmrest) has a built-in mechanism that allows you to rotate the entire part with two screens. The main internal display is a 13.3″ OLED with a resolution of 2880 x 1800 pixels, with a refresh rate of 60 Hz, a brightness of 400 nits and 100% DCI-P3 color coverage. The external display is a 12-inch E-Ink, color, which works at 10 Hz refresh rate. E-Ink has a matte surface and is supposed to give the impression that we were writing on it as if on a regular sheet of paper. The laptop will be offered with Intel Raptor Lake-U processors, 16 GB LPDDR5X RAM and a single PCIe 4.0 SSD with a capacity of up to 1 TB The equipment will go to Europe in June at a price of EUR 1699 – the set will also include a dedicated stylus that we can use to operate the E-Ink screen.

Intel Raptor Lake-HX, Raptor Lake-H, Raptor Lake-P and Raptor Lake-U – premiere of 13th generation processors for laptops
The second laptop is the next generation ThinkBook 16p Gen.4 multimedia and business laptop. This one is distinguished by a special, magnetic catch on the outer cover (in its upper part, where the Full HD camera is also mounted). This hook allows you to mount Lenovo accessories from the Magic Bay series, including, for example, the 4K Magic Bay 4K Camera, a small illuminating lamp Magic Bay Light or the Magic Bay LTE module with a place for inserting a nano SIM card for 4G / LTE cellular network. The Lenovo ThinkBook 16p Gen.4 will be available with Intel Raptor Lake-H processors up to and including the Core i9-13900H and up to the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Laptop GPU. The thermal design was prepared for 150 W, which means that with a 45 W processor, the TGP power of the graphics system should be around 100-105 W with Dynamic Boost. The Lenovo ThinkBook 16p Gen.4 will be available in Europe from June starting at €1,399.
The last device we would like to point out is the dual-screen Lenovo Yoga Book 9i, which is an extension of the concept of the series, which was the Yoga Book line years ago. This time we will have two screens at our disposal (two separate, not one bent, which is the difference) OLED with a diagonal of 13.3 “and a resolution of 2880 x 1800 pixels. The renderings at the end of the news content show examples in which you can set the Lenovo Yoga Book 9i to There is also a wireless keyboard that can be connected to a laptop. The screens can be set, for example, horizontally next to each other or vertically, where one stays above the other. The concept looks very interesting and we would love to see how Yoga Book 9i will present itself live The equipment will be offered with Intel Raptor Lake-U processors in combination with 16 GB of LPDDR5X memory, but this unusual laptop will be very expensive – its price starts at EUR 2,699, and the store premiere is scheduled for June this year.
