4K and QHD monitors are becoming more and more popular, but esports players have slightly different requirements. They are more interested in the low response time of the matrix and high refresh rate than the resolution. The Taiwanese presented a new monitor dedicated to fast, dynamic network titles. MSI G253PF will offer a 24.5-inch IPS screen with a refresh rate of 380 Hz, as well as support for HDR mode.

Philips 45B1U6900C – Technical specifications and price of the Dual Quad HD 32:9 monitor
The MSI G253PF won’t take up much space on your desk. The manufacturer used a 24.5-inch IPS matrix (referred to as Rapid IPS) with a refresh rate of 380 Hz and Full HD resolution. According to the declaration, the GtG response time is 1 ms, and the maximum screen brightness is 320 nits (in HDR mode it increases to 400 nits). The contrast ratio is 1000:1, so we are dealing with a value typical for IPS screens. It is worth remembering that you will need to use DisplayPort to enable the highest refresh mode, because HDMI will limit the frequency to 240 Hz.
