Everything indicates that during the upcoming CES 2024 in Las Vegas, NVIDIA will present refreshed GeForce RTX 4000 SUPER graphics cards. The manufacturer planned a conference at that time, similar to the one that took place this year, when the mobile generation GeForce RTX 4000 Laptop GPU was revealed. Three models will go on sale in the same month (January 2024): GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER, GeForce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER and GeForce RTX 4070 SUPER. Their probable specifications have appeared on the Internet.
The probable specifications of NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4000 SUPER graphics cards have appeared on the Internet. There are no special changes here compared to previous rumors, so we can assume that exactly such variants of cards will go on sale soon.
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER may actually appear on the market – a new card logo was presented
WCCFTech Portal he gave partial specifications of graphics cards GeForce RTX 4000 GREAT, based on our own sources. The information also includes the percentage increase in performance compared to existing models. GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER may turn out to be the biggest disappointment, because we will get a full AD103 core with 10,240 CUDA cores (80 SM blocks), 320 Tensor cores and TMU units, as well as 112 ROP units. The card will offer 16 GB of GDDR6X memory on a 256-bit bus, maintaining a TGP of 320 W. The card will also receive a 1x 12VHPWR connector. The card is supposed to offer on average 3 to 5 percent higher performance compared to the GeForce RTX 4080. The most sophisticated non-reference versions can reach around 10%.

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4000 SUPER – refreshed graphics cards are to be shown in early 2024
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER will use one of two cores: AD103-275 or AD102-175, although both will have the same number of computing units at their disposal: 66 SM blocks, 8448 CUDA cores, 264 TMU units and Tensor cores, as well as 66 3rd generation RT cores. Like the above-mentioned card, the GeForce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER will also receive 16 GB of GDDR6X memory on a 256-bit bus, while maintaining a TGP of 285 W. The card is to be on average 15% more efficient compared to the GeForce RTX 4070 Ti. While maintaining the same (or slightly lower) price, such a model may turn out to be an interesting choice, and certainly more interesting than the current GeForce RTX 4070 Ti.
Finally, there is the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 SUPER. The graphics card will also use one of two cores: AD104-350 or AD103-175. In the case of this model, we will receive 56 active SM blocks, which will translate into 7168 CUDA cores, 224 TMU and Tensor units of the 4th generation, as well as 56 RT cores of the 3rd generation. Like the basic GeForce RTX 4070, the SUPER variant will also receive 12 GB of GDDR6X memory on a 192-bit bus. In this case, the TGP is to be increased from 200 W to 220 W. Compared to the base GPU model, the refreshed card will offer an average of 14% higher gaming performance. According to WCCFTech, all three cards are expected to go on sale in January, although exact debut dates have not yet been determined.
