It has not been an easy time for the players in economic life in the past two years, as industries, logistics and supply processes, organizational cultures, and the usual course of business had to be restructured due to the COVID-19 pandemic and then the geopolitical effects. Qualysoft Magyarország Zrt. managed to overcome the obstacles with its new strategy and achieve an increase in sales revenue of about 31.3 percent. These results were evaluated by Deloitte’s Best Managed Companies business program launched in Hungary in 2022, within the framework of which the company was awarded.

All organizational sub-units that enable the reliable operation of the company and the achievement of excellent service standards operate according to a mature model, in harmony with each other, and at a high level. The awarding of the Best Managed Companies award was preceded by a consultation, followed by an investigation covering a number of areas, which also examined the areas of finance, HR, recruitment, sales, and project and service management. In order for the prize to be awarded, these areas had to perform exceptionally well.
