Samsung is not only pushing new security updates at the moment, but as per Sammobile, the company is rolling out a new update for the Galaxy Wearable app.

For those who don’t know, the Galaxy Wearable app is Samsung’s proprietary app for handling all of its wearable devices.

You can make use of the app to monitor the battery levels, change the equalizer of earbuds, check software updates, adjust clock settings on your Galaxy Watch, use the Find My Watch feature, and more.

Just ahead of the launch of the Galaxy Buds 2, and Samsung Galaxy Watch 4, the Korean OEM has pushed a new update for the Galaxy Wearable app.

At the time of writing this post, the changelog is missing. So, we can’t say for sure what are all the upgrades the app is receiving with this new update.

However, as we are approaching the launch of two new products, we can all take a good guess what might be the additions with the latest update.

Notably, the company might have added support for both the upcoming devices. Though Samsung is taken all the precautions to avoid spilling out details, the underlying code, as noted by Sammobile, reveals some juicy details.

Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 and Buds 2 are expected to debut on August 11

Although there are a lot of juicy details regarding both the upcoming products, we are still not sure about the launch date. It is speculated that both the Galaxy Watch 4 and Galaxy Buds 2 will debut on August 11.

Additionally, the Galaxy Buds 2 is rumored to copy one Apple AirPods feature. The feature that we are talking about is being able to use Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) when using one Galaxy Buds 2 earbud.

It is also expected that this feature will make its way to the Galaxy Buds Pro and Buds Live via an update.

There is no information on when Samsung plans to begin the pre-order period. Whatever it may be, the Galaxy Wearable will support both devices, that is for sure.

Moreover, more details regarding the devices are expected to follow, as the launch date is fast approaching. Since we know Samsung seconds Google when it comes to keeping details behind closed doors.
