Sharkoon is a Taiwanese computer parts manufacturer that usually offers well-priced hardware for its capabilities. The company has released a new extremely airy housing Rebel C50. The product version without RGB lighting has both sides and the front made of mesh. In addition, the design is fully modular, so it offers us a large number of mounting and customization options for your PC set. So let’s see what we can install in it.

The Rebel C50 model is available in two variants with and without RGB LED backlighting and in two color variants: white and black. The housings are made of aluminum. In the version without backlight, we get both sides and the front in the form of a mesh. However, in the RGB variant, the left panel of the product is replaced by tempered glass. The case has a fully detachable panel for mounting SSDs and covers for mounting holes for fans or heatsink. The product also has many clever features such as a pull-out tray at the top for mounting accessories and an adjustable bracket for heavy graphic grids.

Inside the case we can fit motherboards in ATX, Mini-ITX and Micro-ATX formats. The CPU cooler can have a maximum height of 168 mm and the graphics card can reach a length of up to 400 mm. The manufacturer also gives the maximum thickness of the cooler that can be installed on the top of the case, it is 60 mm with the fans. On the front, we will install three “propellers” 120 mm or 140 mm or coolers up to 360 mm (after removing part of the air tunnel and the grille). On the side panel in the middle of the housing we have two trays. The first one closer to the front of the product can accommodate up to three 120 mm fans (installation of the third piece requires removing part of the air tunnel) or a radiator up to 360 mm. The second tray is used to install three 3.5-inch HDDs or 2.5-inch SSDs, however, we can replace one of them with a 120 mm fan to cool the back of the motherboard.

On the back, we can install a single 120 mm cooler. The upper part of the product gives us the possibility to install three 120 mm or two 140 mm fans or a radiator up to 360 mm. In addition, the manufacturer offers the option of buying a special Rebel C50 VGCK 4.0 adapter for vertical mounting of the graphics card. The whole housing is 460 mm long, 230 mm wide and 495 mm high, and its weight without installed hardware is 7.9 kg. The products are now available for sale at the manufacturer’s suggested price. The Rebel C50 is priced at EUR 99, which is about PLN 444. However, for the Rebel C50 RGB we will have to spend 109 euros, or about PLN 489. The Rebel C50 VGCK 4.0 adapter is available for EUR 39.90, which is PLN 179.
