Sania Mirza – Bopanna feat!

The semi-final match of the Australian Open tennis series was held yesterday. India’s Sania Mirza and Rohan Bopanna defeated Neil Skupski and Desiree Krawczyk 7-6, 6-7, 10-6 in this match.
With this, the Indian pair advanced to the finals of the Australia Open tennis series. The final will be held on Saturday 28th.

Padma Shri for Coach!

Cricket coach Gurcharan Singh, Delhi and one of the country’s highest honors for coaching Indian cricketers, Padma Shri. The 87-year-old has produced 12 international cricketers and over a hundred domestic cricketers through his coaching. Prominent players from Keerthy Azad to Ajay Jadeja, Maninder Singh and Murali Karthik have also trained under him.

26-year-old Indian fast bowler Renuka Singh has won the ICC’s Emerging Women’s Cricketer of the Year 2022 award for her outstanding bowling. On the other hand, Suryakumar Yadav, who is currently playing as the promising star of the Indian men’s team, has won the Best International T20 Cricketer of the Year 2022 award.
