Ranbir Kapoor, who is busy promoting his upcoming movie Brahmastra, took some time out to visit Lalbaugcha Raja, Mumbai, along with Ayan Mukerji, on Thursday. The actor looked dashing in a purple kurta paired with white pyjamas, while Ayan was in a red kurta paired with a white pyjama. Ahead of the release, Ranbir and Ayan seek the blessings of Lord Ganesh. Also, in the pandal, they met actor Sonu Sood. Ranbir and Ayan happily posed for the shutterbugs outside the pandal. Brahmastra also stars Alia Bhatt, Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna and Mouni Roy.

Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt are gearing up for the release of Brahmastra. Helmed by Ayan Mukerji and produced by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions, the movie is scheduled to release in theatres tomorrow (September 9). 

On Tuesday, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Ayan Mukerji jetted off to Ujjain to visit Mahakaleshwar Temple and promote their film. However, Alia and Ranbir could not enter the temple due to protestors outside the temple. Ayan, who was allowed to enter the temple, shared a picture from the darshan. In the captions, he wrote, “Feel very happy and energised to have visited Mahakaleshwar Temple today… Got the most beautiful darshan…Wanted to make this visit to close the film-making journey on Brahmastra, and to get all the positive energy and blessings for our Release”

Ahead of the release, Ayan Mukerji has been sharing clips and shots from the movie on Instagram. Speaking of which, on Thursday, he shared a clip in which he introduced the ancient Indian astras. Sharing the post, he wrote, “So So Excited for Everyone to Experience Brahmastra. Almost there …”
