A: The Pre-book Window will be live between 00:00 hours on 20th September 2022 to 23:59 on 21st September 2022. (“Pre-book Period”).

The steps to Pre-book are as follows:

• An initial payment of 1 is required for placing the order during Pre-book Period. This mode of payment is prepaid via Credit Card/Debit Card/Payment Wallets/Net banking/E-Gift Vouchers, Cash on Delivery is not available for Pre-book.
• Then, the order confirmation window opens on 22nd September 2022 where the second mode of payment is to be made. Flipkart Plus Customers can make the due payment during the Early Access Period as well.
• The second mode of payment can be completed by clicking the “My Orders” section in the Flipkart app.
• In the “My orders” section, the Customer need to confirm the order and make the balance payment through COD or any prepaid payment method (Credit Card/Debit Card/Payment Wallets/Net banking/E-Gift Vouchers)

A: The remaining amount can be paid in the second payment window which opens on the first day of Flipkart BBD Diwali Sale 23rd September 2023. The balance payment in the second transaction can be made through Cash on Delivery or any prepaid payment method (Credit Card/Debit Card/Payment Wallets/Net banking/E-Gift Vouchers).

A: Yes, multiple Pre-book items can be bought together. The Pre-book amount will be only 1 for each item. For eg: If two items with Pre-book options available are purchased in the single order, the total amount to be paid in the first mode for pre-booking both the products will be 2 (1 each). The balance amount for both will have to be paid in the second window on 22nd September 2022

A: The first payment of 1 for Pre-booking a product need to be prepaid. However, the remaining balance can be either paid using Cash on delivery or by using any other payment options available on the Flipkart Platform

A: Prepaid options include payment through wallets, e-Gift Vouchers, Debit Card, Credit Card, Net banking or any UPI based payment system. They are required to make the initial payment of 1.

Cash On Delivery is not available while Pre-booking the product in the first payment step Pre-book period.

A: COD can be availed only during the second phase of payment during Sale on 19th Mar 2020:

• Check the “My Orders” segment in the Flipkart App and click on “Confirm Now”
• The balance amount is displayed with clear Price Details. You need to click on “Pay Now.
• Select “Cash On Delivery” and continue.

A: Upon going to the “My Orders section” in the Flipkart app. Click on the product and then, Cancel Order. Click on “Submit Request” after selecting the reason for cancellation.

A: Upon canceling the booked item, your pre-paid amount of 50 will be refunded to your source account from where you made the payment.

A: The order if not confirmed till 23:59 on 23rd September 2022, it will stand automatically canceled and the refund of Pre-booked amount 1 will be generated to your source account from where you made the payment.

• The first payment window will be live between 00:00 hours on 22nd September 2022(“Pre-book Period”).

A: The bank offer won’t be applicable to Pre-booked items even if the combined value of items is eligible for bank offers. Bank Offers cannot be clubbed with this Pre-book offer. Except for 5% Unlimited Cashback on Flipkart Axis Bank Credit Card which will be applicable on Pre-book orders.

A: No, the Prebook offer cannot be availed using super coins. Coins can only be earned but not redeemed for Prebook transactions.

A: No coupons will be a redeemable while. Prebook in either of the payment windows. 

A: Yes, if the product price is of value less than 7500, delivery charges will be applicable which needs to be paid while confirming the order during the second phase of payment in the Pre-book window.
