Norman Reedus Confirms He’s Working on a Death Stranding Sequel

Actor Norman Reedus in a new interview confirmedwhat a sequel Death Stranding really exists – and he participates in its creation.

According to Reedus, the production of the sequel started quite recently, although he did not disclose additional details about the project. Officially the second part of the project Hideo Kojima not announced yet.

That the original can get sequel was mentioned last year when Reedus announced that Kojima was in talks for a new game. It was assumed that we are talking about the “director’s” version of the first part, but there it was.

In addition, Reedus talked about how he started working with Kojima. According to the actor, he once called Guillermo del Torothanks to which he once got into the cinema (“Mutants”).

The director said that Kojima would call the artist soon, and Reedus should agree to his mysterious proposal. The actor was perplexed for some time, but later met with Kojima as part of comic-con:

Hideo came up to me with a large group of people, he came from Tokyo, and showed me what he was working on – a game called Silent Hill. I was delighted with his developments, agreeing to take on the project.

According to Reedus, motion capture for the future Death Stranding took about two to three years. At the same time, he mentioned the process in which actors take “digital DNA” – with its help, you can create virtual images of artists after their death.
