As part of the event D23 Studio Disney presented the debut teaser of the remake “Mermaids”in which the main role is played by Holly Bailey.

The plot of the tape should repeat the story of the original, when the princess Ariel falls in love with a prince Erika and makes a deal with a witch Ursulagiving away your vote as a gift.

The director of the picture is Rob Marshall (“Chicago”), and the main roles in the tape will be played by Javier Bardem, Jonah Hower-King, Melissa McCarthy, Jude Akuvidike, Noma Dumezweni and others.

The premiere of the tape is scheduled for May 2023.
