Moreover, in this version, the villain hires them at a certain moment, these are not just his followers. The authors tried to reflect all this in the design, starting with Friz himself – the local version has the most “fancy” technique in everything Gotham.

Moreover, many of his instruments are based on medical equipment, although some attributes familiar to fans also remained in place – like a dome over his head, glasses and the like.

When developing the design, the authors themselves used VR technologies, which greatly helped them in the process – after all, the models can be viewed in detail right in front of you.

Initially, the Regulators were not planned to be associated with Freeze, but they also wanted to reflect their technical preferences in appearance. The stronger the enemy from the gang, the more he has all kinds of equipment that threatens the heroes. Among the gang there are lovers of fights, shockers, shooters, snipers and drone masters.
