The new Mijia 4L Transparent Steam Rice Cooker is Xiaomi’s most attractive steam rice cooker… And surely on the market!
After introducing us to your new MIJIA Smart Air Fryer 30L air oven, the division of small household appliances from Xiaomi presents its new and attractive creation in China: a fully transparent 4 liter rice cooker.
The spawn is called Mijia 4L Transparent Steam Rice Cooker and the colleagues from XiaomiToday presented it to us based on official data from Xiaomi in China, with a product as always minimalist and functional, capable of supporting up to 7 steam cooking modes and at a very low price of only 599 yuan (about 87 euros).
This is the new Mijia 4L Transparent Steam Rice Cooker, Xiaomi’s most attractive rice cooker.
It is not, in fact, the first Xiaomi rice cooker, but it is the first that evolves into Xiaomi’s usual clean white design linesnow with a totally transparent tank (300 degrees of circumference) that will allow us to check the status of the ingredients at all times and thus better control cooking.
The new Mijia 4L Transparent Steam Rice Cooker is not Xiaomi’s first, but it is a pioneer in breaking away from the Haidian manufacturer’s white and neat standard: it has a transparent tank to see how the ingredients are cooked.
Obviously, the neat and functional design that we know from Xiaomi DNA is maintained, but the manufacturer has innovated for this vaporizer with a new clear tempered glass tank with a capacity of 4 liters, which also has a high content of borosilicate to improve its resistance capabilities and easily withstand rapid hot/cold cycles cooled and heated.
All other key components of the rice cooker are made of food grade stainless steelso there will be no problem in any case of poisoning no transfer of heavy metals to food.

At the top we have a small OLED screen that can show us cooking recipes, the status of the steamer and other relevant information about cooking.
You should know that, according to official Xiaomi data, the capacity is reduced to only 1.6 liters when used in steam mode, being able to cook up to 6 cups of rice in one go without major complications and with a healthier type of cooking.

As we said, this new Mijia 4L Transparent Steam Rice Cooker can cook with up to 7 different cooking modes Rice, Stewed Soup, Slow Cook, Pure Steam, Yogurt Maker, Porridge or Keep Warm; and as always in any Mijia device it is totally compatible with Xiaomi digital home control apps to check its _online status, view recipes, activate it remotely, and similar controls.
Finally, has built-in NFC and therefore we will be able to start the exclusive cooking mode of each recipe with just a touch of the smartphone, and we will also have a long-lasting heat conservation mode, being able to also open the lid with just one button and keeping our skin always away from high temperature area and steam.
